Need a format to keep motivated in journal writing...

Im new at journal writing and needed a template or some format to get me motivated and started. So far (a week) Ive keeping it up with the help of this app...I havent found any problems yet, and am pleased with the look and ease of using it. A little bothered by the remarks of others about losing entries...oh well, my words arent that precious!
