Dailybook Journal Diary App Reviews

I have been using this app everyday for almost a month. I especially like the tag feature. I can easily look back and see how many golf games Ive played. I can track medical conditions, etc. I like being able to add a picture(s) to my recordings.

The app looks promising but I cannot find where you can delete your entries!!!!

I have tried many times over the years to keep a journal but never felt comfortable writing exactly what I thought because I couldnt lock it up. I love the ability to lock my journal, to create multiple journals, and add photos. I know theres more to this app that I havent tried. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a journaling option to a book or computer program. This is much more portable than a computer program and has a lot more functionality then a hand written journal.

Ok its feature rich but navigation to appropriate dates is pathetic! It even mixes up current entries with past entries. Thats not the effect you want with a diary. Also portrait mode does not work the same as landscape. Im looking for something else!

Cant get dates to switch. I will delete this app.

I think that this is a great way to log your daily thoughts. Very easy to use, and love the extra features. I recommend this very highly for anyone who likes to keep a journal/diary. I would like to see more weather icons added. Example a snowflake and a wind icon. Lots of people like to track the weather and keep a log of it.

I use this on a daily basis and wish that it could sync from and to my iPhone and iPad. I do a backup and restore from Dropbox but it would be so convenient to have them both kept in sync automatically.

For those who love to journal and appreciate the importance of a great looking journal that draws you back to use again and again, then this journal is a must have. The cataloging of entries is easy to read and the journaling area looks great with plenty of options. Whenever I have had feedback for the developers they have listened and, where possible, made changes. Any bugs are quickly attended to. A great app that is assured of long use from me.

Can create multiple journals. Can pick any date for entry. Can delete a photo if inserted in error. Search works on text entries portrait or landscape. Can change font for all text entered. Very useful journal application.

Other than the crashing this by far the best journal app to be found. I have bought and used many but none come close. Simple and intuitive answers all possible needs. Will rate a 5 once the crashing is corrected.

Out of the few hundred apps I have, this is one of my favorite and I have it on the first screen. Easy to use, sync and share entries. None better.

This app is just what I need right now. Its simple and allows me to jot down events in my day with photos and video. It would be nice to be able have calendar view as a default view option as currently it defaults to the last entry. It would also be useful to have a date stamp option that can be changed to show time actual event happened and not just last update. You Can change the date and times of entries But its Not recorded anywhere on the current sheet. Only the last updated date and time is stamped on the entry. I Scrapbook ALOT and really would like to see actual time and date Of an event at a Glance. Also since I dont always Have the opportunity to write stuff down when It happens so Id like to be able to do this after the event and know that I can still have the time/date of the actual event indicated. The layout is nice and simple and I love the Locations and weather tracking options.

I have been using this app alongside several other similar ones for months now. I have now deleted all the other ones and kept this app. This app is easy, clear and allows me to keep photos, a brief journal and a few other handy features.

Its really good app Im using it everyday, its kind of you must have.

Great app. Ive been using it for over a year now. Especially love the way you can attach photos from your photo stream. Very easy to use. Wish you could attach the videos though like the pictures. Also make sure you back up regularly. I didnt and had a problem with my ipad and lost 6 months of journalling!

The PDF Export isnt working as it should when you attach some pictures. You cannot choose a range of date for the export so the file size is growing very quick and its not possible to send it. Not possible to save the PDF file in Dropbox either. Thats a major issue for me. Support never respond to my email. :(

Very difficult to use and navigate compared to other journal apps - I look forward to this aspect being improved as this app ha a lot of potential ..

Good app. But I struggle with how to delete an entry.

The only thing that I find that is lacking is the ability to use icloud to automatically sync between devices.

Love the ability to add voice memo, text comments, photos and the ability to make the diary private. This gives you everything you need and want in a diary.
